Chilli MudCrab


Ingredients:

Crab 4 chillies chopped
1 teaspoon of garlic chopped
1 teaspoon of ginger chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1/3 cup chilli sauce
2 tablespoons of dark soy
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 chicken stock cube
1/3 cup water

Method:


1. Mix all ingredients in a pot (or wok big enough to hold crab as well) and simmer until the flavours have blended in well.

2. Fill a Wok with 50-80 mm water and bring to boil. Break crabs into pieces. Add crab pieces to boiling water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

3. Place crab into the sauce and gently simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Add water from time to time to for desired consistency.
